Pioneer in Social Return
Esschert Design already implemented social return way before the term came into fashion. Since 2009 Esschert Design have a group of youngsters and employees with a disabilities who do all kinds of work and have integrated in to our workforce. To give this group a firm position in society, we have started a training program. At the moment the group consists of twelve people who are coached by a special work coach.
We offer internships to students. Being an official certified training company for Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven we offer students in the creative industries the possibility to gain experience in, among others, graphic and industrial design and styling. As we are also acknowledged by the knowledge-center for trade, our doors are always open for interns who follow a vocational training in trades. During the entire year we facilitate projects for one or more interns.
