Your challenge
Our marketing function is evolving rapidly. You will provide direction, focus and alignment.
You will develop our marketing strategy, translate business objectives into actionable plans and ensure that campaigns, content and channels deliver measurable results.
And importantly, you won’t be watching from the sidelines. You will be a hands-on leader. You’ll contribute ideas, lead the team, make decisions, analyse performance data and get involved directly whenever needed.
What you’ll be doing
-
Strategy & positioning: Develop the marketing strategy and annual plan while continuing to build a strong, recognisable brand.
-
Campaigns & content: Take overall responsibility for campaigns, content and marketing communications, ensuring quality and consistency.
-
Data & growth: Make our marketing increasingly data-driven. Identify what works, where opportunities lie and how we can work more effectively.
-
Team & organisation: Provide direction to the marketing team, coach colleagues and establish clear roles, priorities and effective collaboration.
-
Improvement & innovation: Identify opportunities involving new channels, tools, automation and working methods, and turn them into tangible improvements.
About you
You are a strong strategic thinker, but what really motivates you is getting things done. You introduce structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy and know how to bring people with you through change.
You:
-
Have experience in marketing and in leading and developing a team;
-
Can translate strategy into practical actions;
-
Are analytical, commercially minded and results-driven;
-
Have a good understanding of branding, content and customers;
-
Have an interest in data, digitalisation and marketing technology;
-
Can communicate effectively with senior management, colleagues and external partners;
-
Are curious and constantly looking for ways to improve;
-
Enjoy building and professionalising an organisation.
Don’t tick every box? No problem. We’re particularly interested in your talent, ambition and motivation to develop yourself and the organisation.
What does success look like?
Marketing operates more professionally, efficiently and with a stronger focus on results.
There is a clear strategy, the team understands its objectives, campaigns demonstrably contribute to growth, and decisions are increasingly based on data and insights.
Above all, your coaching helps the marketing team become more independent, capable and confident.
Why this role?
Because you won’t simply be managing an existing marketing operation.
You’ll have the opportunity to help build its next phase.
You’ll have responsibility, influence and plenty of room for your own initiatives. You’ll collaborate across different departments and see the direct impact of your ideas and improvements.
