Tawny owl nesting box

Tawny owls are very adaptable and, in addition to deciduous forests, also inhabit parks and gardens with old tree populations. The tree cavity breeders start to choose a nest as early as autumn, which they usually use again every year. A pair of tawny owls stay together their whole life and vehemently defend their brood. Therefore, do not install the nesting box in the immediate vicinity of houses.
