The Hori Hori knife first appeared in Japan during the Middle Ages around the 16th century. The word ‘Hori’ means ‘to dig’ in Japanese. Its bent ridged and razor-sharp blade make this knife perfect for digging or cutting through roots or hard soil. This multifunctional garden tool is a knife, saw and digging tool.
