Now customers can't come to you or have more trouble to visit you, it's important to keep customers updated using your online channels. Inform and send the latest news. A few tips for online success:

3. Boost that webshop! Some items are already regularly ordered online, but others are less obvious. Make it extra attractive for the consumer to order online and provide good discounts, enable shipping costs or add a little extra service and for example: bring delivery at home!
4. Optimize online visibility
Make sure you are visible online and invest in your online visibility. That means good SEO (Search Engine Optimization) texts with product descriptions, but also paid campaigns with for example Google AdWords or paid ads on social media. An investment that certainly pays off.
Maybe not the most fun thing to do, but certainly a handy moment! Use the time your customers don't walk on the floor for a major cleaning or refurbishment of the floor. Keeps you all motivated and ensures a frest start of 2021.
