At Esschert Design we keep a close eye on the developments surrounding the coronavirus. We follow the recommendations of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) with regard to the health and safety of our staff and customers.
Esschert Design is doing its utmost to continue our service as you are used to. Our customer service is available within our regular opening hours.
Can I still order at Esschert Design?
Yes you can, our processes and internal infrastructure are arranged in such a way that we are and remain available to take your orders. Place your order in our webshop or contact our customer service or account managers through e-mail or by phone. Don’t have an webshop-account yet? Request it here or ask your contact to make one for you.
Will my order still be delivered?
Goods can be delivered from Esschert Design (the Netherlands) to companies in all countries, provided that they are not obstructed by border- or shop closures.
We can coordinate the delivery time in consultation with you. However, due to the ever-changing logistics measures, your order may arrive a little later than you are used to. When in doubt, you can also choose to have your order delivered later this year.
Please contact us if it appears that your order cannot be delivered to you. If your order returns to us, we will contact you ourselves.
