Normally we exhibit our products at trade fairs. Because the traditional fairs are hardly or not organized at the moment, we come up with an alternative: Sneak Peek Wednesday. Every Sneak Peek Wednesday we try to surprise you with a new product or a tip of the veil from the spring and summer collection of 2021.*
This week we would like to tell you more about our new raised beds. A welcome variation in the vegetable garden.
For everyone who doesn't have enough space in their garden or on the balcony or who hasn’t the right soil, we already came up with the square meter vegetable garden. A handy and compact vegetable garden with rootcloth and separation slats included.
We like to keep innovating and varying and that's why we come up with a new variant at the beginning of 2021: the raised bed.
The raised beds are delivered including rooth cloth and grid to make planting easier. The carrot cloth prevents the growth of weeds, but that's not all. Because the plants are placed at a shorter distance from each other than normal and also because the beds are raised, the soil and ‘climate’ are warmer and more comfortable.
As a result, you can extend your planting season and seed + plant more often per season. The plants grow faster as well. This is because there is no walking on the spol which make it easier for the roots to grow.
Gardening without pain in the back
Last, but not least ... never a sore back after working in the garden. The raised beds are designed at hip height, which makes gardening at standing height possible. So gardening becomes accessible for seniors as well.
The raised beds are available in different varieties, sizes, colors and qualities. For example, a narrow version is ideal for city balconies. But a solid large raised bed is ideal for profesisonals. We expect to have the raised beds available for spring 2021. Pre-order now in the webshop.
*Illustrations and sizes of Sneak Peek articles may differ from the final product. Sneak Peek products are not yet available and are expected in the spring/summer catalog of 2021. Please contact us about the expected delivery time.
